Classification of Balkan dry grassland vegetation

(Research stay with Prof. Dr. Jürgen Dengler, supported by BAYHOST)

During my staying in Bayreuth we started analysis of dry grassland vegetation in central part of Balkan peninsula. This part of Europe is characterized by a huge number or rare and endemic species, many of which are found in this vegetation. We standardized species list and planned what kind of analysis to be done step by step. Next several months we will prepare an articile which will be submitted in Applied Vegetation Science.
